Sweet Thai Salmon Pizza

Ingredients
- ½ pizza dough
- 1 cup sweet chili sauce
- 6 oz smoked salmon
- ½ cup liced red onion
- 1 TB capers
- 1 cup shredded asiago and fontina cheese
- dash fresh ground pepper
- 3 sprigs fresh thai basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 500 F degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness.
- Place the rolled pizza dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Spread pizza sauce with sweet chili sauce and top with smoked salmon, red onions, capers
- Sprinkle the asiago and fontina cheeze mixture over the top
- Sprinkle with pepper and bake for 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and browned.
- Garnish with the fresh thai basil leaves (we piled them in the middle to keep with thai tradition)
